-You will build a solid maintenance background -Great training program -Great benefits

Cons

-You usually have to work in the same position for 3-5 years before going to a different department or getting promoted. They only create so many promotional paths. I would classify them as a stagnant work environment filled with lifers -Very old school work culture. Offices look and feel like they are from the 70's and the people also act like it as well from a professional standpoint -Poor work life balance
