Pros

Pay and benefits can be decent.

Cons

Attendance policies are extremely rigid and do not allow much flexibility for illness, weather, or family emergencies. Communication during disciplinary actions felt impersonal and stressful. The work environment did not feel supportive, which contributed to high anxiety. Overall, this may be a good fit for someone who never needs time off, but it was not a supportive environment for employees facing real-life challenges.

Pros

Good work environment Industry comparable benefits and salary

Cons

Hybrid work (4 days a week in the office). If you want to grow (sales, marketing) you need to be open to relocate (AK, MN).
