Pros

Comp time policy allows you to be compensated for extra time worked. Great company culture including office events throughout the year with office summer and holiday parties. Leadership communicates company goals and initiatives well. They are flexible when it comes to remote/hybrid work options.

Cons

Workshare could be better between different states and offices when things get slow.

Lack of work during slow down. Also felt stagnant as far as opportunities to apply design skills at times.
