Pros

Horrocks does a great job of preparing you for your job responsibilities through video trainings and onsite training. Management has been great to work with to balance personal life and work.

Cons

Occasionally job sites can be located long distances from home and travel time is only comped if certain rules are met.

Pros

The lower and middle management staff are amazing! I miss them a lot. Supportive and friendly.

Cons

Upper management is a different story. Some of the people in higher positions should not be there. They don't know how to manage people and it shows. They end up forcing their employees to work insane overtime hours for incredibly low pay. They don't train their employees so the first year and a half is totally miserable trying to figure out the processes. It is very competitive and if you aren't reaching the ever changing expectations, the project leads will come down on you. There is not much room for building a career here.
