There has been so much growth over the past 3-5 years that many policies need to be adapted and rewritten to accommodate the new workforce and advances in technologies.

There is not enough work to keep you busy. There is not enough licenses to do your work. Bucket of crabs!! Everyone will throw you under the bus to advance their career here. There is constant turnover. Take note of the male to female ratio and know there is a reason for it. This is the worst place I have ever worked. They force out those that will not fall in line. There are lots of unhappy employees here, waiting to get out. Nepotism and the buddy system run Horrocks. Unless you are a relative or neighbor of the owner, you will go nowhere here. Don't expect anything long term here. They will promise you the world but those promises prove empty time and time again. Managers continually do not meet deadlines or stick to budgets, but pass the blame on to you for their lack of planning. Managements opinion is if you are not working 10+ hours of overtime every week, you are not a good employee. I do not recommend this company to anybody.
