Pros

The lower and middle management staff are amazing! I miss them a lot. Supportive and friendly.

Cons

Upper management is a different story. Some of the people in higher positions should not be there. They don't know how to manage people and it shows. They end up forcing their employees to work insane overtime hours for incredibly low pay. They don't train their employees so the first year and a half is totally miserable trying to figure out the processes. It is very competitive and if you aren't reaching the ever changing expectations, the project leads will come down on you. There is not much room for building a career here.

Pros

With a large firm you do have individuals specializing in each area and it is nice to leverage specialized experience. Also with a variety of office locations you are able to switch locations if needed.

Cons

Easy to be looked over within the massive network of employees. Strict handbook and policies

Pros

Good people, desire to serve clients well.

Cons

Big changes after acquired, people couldn’t keep up. Turned into a nickel n diming culture, profit over people. Not enough quality training to keep up with changes. Org got top heavy, no thought to succession planning for those stuck on the lower rungs having to still deliver work. Not a lot of support or tools or training if you’re not an engineer- you get forgotten.
