Horrocks is an incredible place to work! The company is full of sharp, talented professionals who are passionate about what they do and always willing to support one another. As Horrocks continues to grow, there are so many opportunities to learn, advance, and contribute in meaningful ways. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility, we’re trusted to get the job done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It’s a place where you feel valued and excited about the future!

Company cares about their employees. Love the team I work with and all employees who I've worked along side on projects. Love their values and what they do for our communities. Love having a work-from-home/hybrid option.
