Autonomy, on a very rare occasion you might have a light schedule

Cons

Drive many miles a day sometimes to 4 different hospitals and sometimes from Trimble Co. to the Edge of Hardin Co. late nights, heavy charting.

The work is rewarding. The families are great to work with

To many unnecessary meetings, Very discombobulated admin. They over load the team nurses and then underutilize prn staff. Team nurses often have to short change the patient in order to keep up with requirements. There is way to much on call because they don’t want to pay someone for a full shift. Managers do not listen to nurses and make things way more difficult then they need to be. Communication is non existent
