I am touched every day by the warmth and compassion of the Hosparus Health team! Everyone from the top down truly has the patients and their families in mind and strive to make a difference. The smaller employee base allows for more personal interaction and support. You don't feel like just a number here. Some of the pros include hybrid work options, competitive salary and a supportive team from top to bottom.

Cons

I feel like this is an exciting time for the organization but with growth also comes some challenges.
