*HVMG went above and beyond to ensure our associates lost nothing when we joined the company in February. They have been fast to react to any benefit issues that come up and ensure the team is always made whole. *You don't have only one layer above to go to for assistance. They are all willing to assist with anything or get you in contact with the right person the first time. I've never been left to feel like the answer/help I needed wasn't provided. *Communication is key with HVMG but not to the point of being a nuisance. *These people actually practice what they preach. We could not have asked for a better outcome when the hotel was sold.

Cons

None so far. Again, it's been an awesome experience.
