Busy busy all the time! Its fast paced and lean, so you have to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work well with others.

HVMG has a very strong senior leadership team. They are innovative, growth oriented and focus on our core value of excellence. They care about their employees well-being, both professionally and personally. Benefits are good, and pay is decent.

Cons

Communication could be improved. The HV team is lean, and fast paced. Sometimes communication is late reaching everyone. No real cons. Like any job, there are parts that are better than others.

Our benefit open enrollment period has just started (September) and we have again worked hard to minimize the impact to our associates.
