I enjoy working for a company that has a defined purpose. HVMG is focused on being excellent in all that we do so that our associates, guests, and partners LOVE us. Each associate strives for that personally and professionally each day

Cons

The business is long hours however our culture makes that effort rewarding.

Small corporate staff. Streamlined to help support the hotels in the field. Promote with in and do a decent job of training.

Cons

Do not own their own hotels. Subject to the whims of third party owners.

Flexibility, really enjoy the team I work with, FUN! 401K with 4% Match - good bonus plan. Nice benefits. Opportunities for professional development - courses, conferences etc.

Cons

It is fast paced, small teams so you may be involved in many projects outside your job "role". It will keep you busy!
