Plenty of work, both local and over the road, during the busy times of the year, namely Spring and Fall. Competitive pay and tips, good benefits. Good team atmosphere depending on your home yard

Cons

To make good money, have to stay over the road quite a bit. Not ideal for a family situation, especially with small children
