Pros

I love that HE has a great foundation on which the standards are built. I enjoy working for a company that understands and know the importance of putting God first, then family, then careers. For me personally, a work/life balance is very important and I am happy to work for a company that gets that.

Cons

I feel that there is often a breakdown in communication when it comes to some property specific items. Information is not always handed down to those that need it.
