Pros

There are awesome opportunities for growth and movement.

Cons

Constant change requires extremely flexible scheduling and though work/family life balance is promoted at a corporate level, the challenge is being flexible with scheduling and incorporating this work/family life balance.

Decent pay. Great Benefits. Nice people.

Cons

The work gets done and handed to a few top performers why the lazy people do nothing and get to keep their jobs. It is difficult to get a holiday off.

Balance between work and personal life; Very good attention to the employee and new technologies; Good salaries and very cool environment; The best place where I worked up to now (maybe one of the best place you can find in Italy).

Cons

If you are not in London the career opportunities are less;
