Pros

Balance between work and personal life; Very good attention to the employee and new technologies; Good salaries and very cool environment; The best place where I worked up to now (maybe one of the best place you can find in Italy).

Cons

If you are not in London the career opportunities are less;

Pros

Flexible hours Friendly management Freedom of creativity - flexible in how things are done and open to new ideas Lack of pecking order - very collaborative and your voice could be heard no matter what role in Team drinks The terrace :)

Cons

Could be difficult to keep up with the ever changing complicated matrix structure and inter-brand collaboration and competition Lack of structured onboarding process for new starters

Almost too good

Pros

Great managers, interesting projects, good atmosphere, lots of fun and lots of chances to expand knowledge outside of day to day activities. All facilities and equipment are immaculate and everyone there is lots of fun to work with.

Cons

It being almost too good (and my first proper tech job) make me feel like the only way from here is down! It would also be nice if there was more rotation between teams within the company.
