Pros

Some smart and friendly people working on the business side. Great offices relaxed start hours Good benefits

Cons

* Very weak underbelly on the tech side. Lacking innovation and misguided strategies * Day to day infused with petty politics * Meetings all day, every day * Inexperienced middle management with poor planning skills * Acts like a start-up, but more like a 1980s pin-striped corporation

Pros

Great benefits (e.g. travel discounts) and fabulous people. The offices are all modern and open plan, which creates collaboration.

Cons

The leadership at times seems a bit random, and their does not seem to be a consistent strategy. This creates a bit of chaos as priorities and focus tends to change moment to moment. Also, the data is a mess.
