Pros

Great co-workers who are fun to work with, intelligent, and very driven. The pay is good and the job comes with lots of perks like monthly happy hours, weekly free lunches, and soft drinks in the office.

Cons

Technology and tools are often unreliable which makes it hard to get my job done. Role is not well defined making it difficult to know how I am performing.

A great vibe - surrounded by intelligent, positive people who like to have fun, top end office facilities and amazing perks. You'll learn a lot here.

Cons

The company is risk averse, so if you have big ideas and stay more than a year you may get tired of being pushed back.
