Pros

- good benefits - good initiatives to take corporate responsibility - lots of people to learn from

Cons

- not transformational. (understandably for a public company) the goals are incremental gains for share holders which means that there's not much opportunity for innovation - like any big company, slow to change direction which means that you don't have a lot of opportunity to really own your backlog as a PM (at least not in a way that might mkae real change)

Too many re-organisations led people with real lack of clarity about where to focus in recent months
