Good people to work with but stringent policies

Pros

The managers are reasonable, nurturing and have a good understanding of their work. Learning depends completely on your own pace. Good group of people to work with.

Cons

The attendance policy is wasteful as you do not have 9-hour work every day. Practically no overtime. The employees are overwhelmingly Marathis so other people may feel a bit out of place.
