- After a certain point the scope for career growth is at the minimal
Work-life balance depends on project
-Even though it's a small company. There is no friendly environment.
- There is no scope for developers to learn/try new things. Everyone is working on migration activities of old products.
- Lack of appreciation. No awards like the star of the month/quarter. The only time you will get appreciated for work is when you resign and they want you to reconsider your decision.
- There is only one QA available for a team of 6-8 developers. So either QA cannot take a leave, else the developer needs to do their job.
Also, there is no DevOps team to handle the deployment-related task so QA remains responsible.
- Developers doing QA work over here (even senior resources). Not good for experienced developers and testers. Don't waste time here.
