1. Extremely Low Pay Rate(less than minimum wage in 2023) I have 13 years of experience in my field and they simply could not afford me. Which is a shame. More pay was promised but NEVER actually happened. 2. The overall environment is extremely racist. I did not match "company colors" and things that every one else seemed to be doing wrong they never got called out for it. If I am late by 5 minutes it's a BIG DEAL. How about the strong work ethic. If I matched their colors things would be different I guarantee. 3. I went ABOVE and BEYOND in working and was NEVER compensated for it. I worked there for 14 months and the owner still never knew my actual name. Darn shame. 4. 99% of the time I was in the warehouse dealing with dirty used shoes being sent to customers. 1% of the time I got to do was I was "supposedly" hired to do. 5. Management is more sour and lousy than a rotten lemon. Supervisor is never anywhere to be found when needed. 6. It's a free for all environment if you match "company colors" 7. If you had to be out for just ONE DAY you had to let them know 1 month in advanced. Total rubbish. The others that work there would miss multiple days WEEKLY and got away with anything. Go run errands during any time of the day FREELY. Miss as many days as they want FREELY. And me being a couple minutes late sometimes due to traffic and driving almost 35 miles one way to reach there was always called out. But as I stated the other workers could be late as frequently as they chose and still no one says a word. 8. Stone age system 9. Of course every work placed is laced with gossip as usual 10. People will try to mind your business for no reason. 11. No growth- Stagnant Place 12. What is discussed in the interview is TOTALLY different from what the job is. Which makes the interview a LIE 13. No proper work life balance
