Pros

It has good benefits and the job can be rewarding, it just depends on how much of a passion you have for teaching.

Cons

Again, you should have a passion for teaching because there are too many requirements for very little return on salary.

Pros

Experience Teaching, Small groups, lesson plan and activities already prepared

Cons

The material that you teach prior to the biweekly test has a much lower level difficulty than the test. You are teaching rather than reviewing/ refreshing the students on things they should have been taught in class The disciplinary action for non compliant or rude students is nearly none existent The Apollo program is one of the few functioning things at the school and that makes it hard to get the kids to comply and learn because they have been conditioned not to due to the lack of expectation and learning they should be receiving
