      Amazing Team, I loved the experience and guidance I gained. To do a great job anywhere requires a lot of work. Especially when we're helping students to better understand something they may not like.

      Unstructured, but can be used to your advantage.

      Pros

      Great to work with children from all different backgrounds.

      Cons

      Give multiple students to one tutor if they don't speak English. Systematically keeps those students behind English speaking students with less individual time.
