      HISD pays top of the industry for teachers. They also limit the administrative tasks.

      Cons

      Highly micromanaged. Admin is constantly in the classroom and providing feedback.

      PTO - Winter & spring break of 1 week each as well as various state & federal holidays

      Cons

      EVERYTHING ELSE- Micromanagement at it's finest, DAILY meetings in additional to weekly meetings! at least 10 hours a week are spent on Meetings and VERY little time allotted for planning/conference period
