Extremely demanding workload, frequent changes, and inconsistent campus support. Often 10–12 hour days, 6-7 days a week, just to keep up with lesson planning, grading, and required documentation. No training or modeling for classroom instruction expectations. No flexibility or teacher voice in planning and decision-making, especially NES schools. Be prepared to use EAP or private therapist for mental-health support.
