      The top-down style of management. Micromanagement. Oversight. Unrealistic Expectations. Out of touch with reality. Trying to use $ as a scapegoat to teachers.

      The pay is the only thing at this point.

      Cons

      Everything, they will work you like a dog and in my case the principal will be okay with someone being racist towards you and letting another teacher hit you and do nothing about it.
