Supervisors have special talent for sucking souls from hardworking individuals

Cons

Most district employees do not value human life, run an education system as though it were a corporate machine, and possibly (stipulation) don't love kids anyway

It's like most Texas publics schools which due to underfunding aren't so great to teach at.

Cons

Not enough money for projects, outdated or non-functioning technology, principals are like the king.

Did not work weekends or holidays and working summer school was extra pay on top of the base pay.

Cons

They pay is terrible. Did not expect to get rich but also didn't expect to have to be a supervisor who made less than my staff and make a wage below the poverty level.
