Curriculum requirement constantly changed and the communication of the changes were unclear.

None. I cannot think of any.

Cons

Masters degrees are worth nothing to them. You get a $250 raise for the entire year for every year of experience. A kid who just started teaching is making almost as much as I am. Poor benefits package too.
