      This is really good district to work at I've been lucky to be blessed with some amazing principals who care for their teachers

      There really is no cons this school district works with you the benefits are good it really all comes down to the school you are at

      Pros

      Ability to choose where I want to work When I want to work as long as I work 10 days a month.

      Cons

      Finding assignments close to where I live. I pretty much choose my schools close to me because I don't like to drive far out of my way with gas price going up, and down.
