Great flexibility to work varying AM or PM hours and at multiple school campuses and a pick of days to work during the week.

Cons

Difficult to obtain an extended Associate Teacher job that pays benefits due to not enough available assignments that allow for 10 days of work or more which would qualify one for benefits.
