      Pros

      Gor toknow wonderful teachers and staff members.

      Cons

      Administrators blame teachers for things that are beyond their control. Major discipline problems. There is not discipline beyond the classroom. Students abuse and threaten teachers daily. We are forced to give grades to students that are not even in the classroom. Worst decision was to work for HISD.

      Pros

      I love that teachers are compensated for student success. Although some people feel that this is unfair, I believe it is one of the best ways to judge success.

      Cons

      I feel that with a Master's Degree, I should get paid more. Also, it would be nice to have tuition reimbursement.
