I have been afforded upward mobility every two years from the time that I began in 2005.

The days off provided by the school district: two weeks during the Christmas holiday season, a week for spring break and various other days. Stable hours as well.

Cons

Salary is not as competitive as the corporate industry and benefits are sort of expensive.
