      The pay was good and there are people in the main office for the district that are wonderful

      Good place to become familiar with a multicultural workforce. You can encounter the full diversity of Texas working at Houston I.S.D.

      Cons

      It is an organization of individuals not teams. Insurance benefits costs are out of control. Managers take credit for they have not performed.
