      Williams MS - teach the test, not skills

      Pros

      If you think passing the STAAR test is the only thing that matters and are fine with teaching unmotivated, disrespectful, and argumentative children this is definitely the place for you. The current principal is great.

      Cons

      Disrespectful argumentative and unmotivated students are the norm. Serious attendance problems. High teacher turn over (myself included)

      Pros

      Decent hours, decent pay. Made a few good friends here and did not have a lot of issues with customer base or management. Good work got praised well.

      Cons

      Lots of inventory that drags on for hours. Occasional stupid policy that could be done better, but could not changed.
