      There are a lot of dedicated and talented administrators and teachers in HISD.

      Cons

      Since Terry Greer arrived many good administrators and teachers have left the district. Of those who remain, many are too cowed to do what they know is right.

      Pros

      Working with students is the best. Everyday is a new challenge. Love the time off.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy and it seems as if everyone is always trying to cover themselves. The environment in the schools have changed since the changing of the new teacher evaluation.
