      Pros

      Everything can be great when you have a great administration team! It can be the opposite if you don't and that would result in a very long school year!

      Cons

      Administrators are given too much power in certain instances. There are too many variations campus to campus. Culture building needs to be emphasized more.

      Pros

      I have been with this employer for several decades now. Job stability is good. Depending on the school you work in, motivation and inclusion is positive. Team work is great! Free Flu shots. It is fun helping, coordinating school events, working with staff, volunteers and children.

      Cons

      No insurance. Gas price fluctuations can eat into paychecks.

      Pros

      If you think passing the STAAR test is the only thing that matters and are fine with teaching unmotivated, disrespectful, and argumentative children this is definitely the place for you. The current principal is great.

      Cons

      Disrespectful argumentative and unmotivated students are the norm. Serious attendance problems. High teacher turn over (myself included)
