      Part of the summer and holidays off.

      Depends on the school how you are treated, micro-management, always have to fight for a rise just to keep up with the economy.

      A learning experience, great teachers to learn from.

      Cons

      Administration everywhere is horrendous. Horrible leadership. More than 50% of the administrators are awful in this district. They do not lead by example, they do not support you, and lack compassion for teachers. Everyone is always stressed out.
