      Nothing different from any other school systems e.g. disconnect between faculty and administration, last minute initiatives to be implemented all the time, Technology push, but lacks the funding to align with such goals. No pay differential for advances degrees,

      Excellent benefit package and teacher bonuses. Lots of teacher support. Professional development classes are available online and on weekends.

      Cons

      Micromanagement!! It's stressful before day one!! They put you in fear of being watched on a constant basis! Those scare tactics are not necessary!!
