      Pros

      Great benefits, work and famiy balance, sense of pride.

      Cons

      Alot of the physicians don't value the support staff that makes their job easier. Management is a joke, no formal training from from methodist so they bring all of their bad habits to Methodist. ..Salary is lower than the neighbouring hospitals.

      Pros

      I care values, genuine concern for our patients, their families, and for each employee. A spiritual place for healing mind body and soul.

      Cons

      As a nurse, long and physically challenging 12 hour shifts have been my greatest challenge, especially as I have been doing this full time since 1976. Imagine being a hospital nurse for 38 years!

      Pros

      Many opportunities for advancement, great work life balance, they truly care about your family life as well as your job performance. Many opportunities for skill advancement offered for free to employees. They reimburse for higher education with no contracts.

      Cons

      Pay is typically less than market standard. HR is not very supportive of leadership. They let employees run the ship.
