      Pros

      Medical benefits are very good. Only work 3 12 hour shifts a week.

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely terrible. They only care about survey results and anyway to get them up. Most don't care about patients. PCA's have to bath, change diapers, clothes, linens, trash and wait on everyone hand and foot with no breaks. All for $12 an hour. PCAs deserve way more pay for what they do. You're better off finding another job!

      Cons

      -your feet will hurt everyday -not enough pay -management sucks -nurses are rude
