Pros

you have a job and it has days off like most other companies but it could use more vacation days for more tenured people. the insurance benefits are pretty standard but that is not so bad.

Cons

everyone thinks you drive a bus for a living. there should be other opportunities in training and development for all of the departments. right now there is not a lot of development of your skills other than driving. which might be why everyone thinks you just drive a bus! some of the supervisors should not be managers at all and were not properly trained

Pros

-friendly coworkers, everyone is very polite and helpful - decent pay - room to grow -good benefits & tuition reimbursment

Cons

—All flexibility was taken away when we returned to the office full time, and we were given less than a week warning. It doesn’t matter if you have a disability, no hybrid schedules. The best they could do was unpaid leave. - constant organizational changes that create more work for an understaffed department - With the new interim CEO it feels like we are at the mercy of an awful mayor. He wants us back in the office? We go.
