Pros

You get to ride the trains and buses for free. You also get to interact with members of the public.

Cons

Sometimes you have to answer questions from strangers on how to get to various places within the system on the bus or on the train.

People are friendly and courteous.

Cons

Not a meritocracy. People feel entitled to raises and promotion based on time with company, not performance. Decision making process can be lengthy.

company works hard to make sure employees are compensated when they are hard workers. There is a ton of technology to learn and there is always work or projects to be done. The company deploys the latest technology.
