Pros

Co workers are nice and respectable. Ride free on the any Metro bus or train and free education.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are below average. SERIOUS WAGE GAP (50%) between upper and lower management. Had to cut grass from time to time and I am an electrician.

Relaxed environment, good co workers they will help if needed.

Cons

Have to take ASE testing to move up. Even if pass the test required you have to wait two years to get paid. Insurance is horrible.
