Pros

You get to ride the trains and buses for free. You also get to interact with members of the public.

Cons

Sometimes you have to answer questions from strangers on how to get to various places within the system on the bus or on the train.

Pros

Decent income. I was off on weekends after 15 years.

Cons

College degrees and prior management experience mean nothing to management. I saw three people who were denied promotion after putting in 4 years to achieve an undergraduate degree. Management told me that college degrees means nothing at Metro.
