I received thorough training when I started this role and felt extremely welcomed by the entire team from day one. Everyone was friendly and encouraging, which in turn helped my confidence and my performance. Within the probationary period I was promoted to Account Executive where you receive further training and a pay rise. It is a young, fun environment with a great culture and the opportunity to grow if you work hard.
