Able to work remotely and engineers are pretty solid here.

Cons

This company doesn’t value employees at all. Managers use hollow rhetoric to push people to contribute more, yet the payback is a pathetic 2% merit increase for meeting expectations. Leadership is clueless, blindly convincing themselves that their “all-in-one platform” is the ultimate solution, while the product is a complete mess. They keep boasting about double-digit revenue growth but refuse to disclose real numbers, a clear sign of how disconnected leadership is. There’s no clear guidance on future growth. This company definitely sinking ship.

Company encourages innovation and failure, as long as you can learn from it. Also the company embrace new technology and adapt to them

Cons

Projects plan is awful, everyone works on their own and lacks of information transfer.

Great team, but slow processes
