Originally hired by Director of Student Life. Seamless process and a good community work environment. Felt like I was making an impact on students who wanted to participate in orientations. Pay is pretty good for a school job and the tasks are not too mundane.

Cons

Original boss was moved away from Student Life into Recruitment, and HCC is yet to find a replacement. Student life managers are now generally overworked and under-supported from what I see. I'm on my way out and it's frustrating to see.
