Pros

It is a true multicultural environment. Their vision and mission reflects in all their programs held at HCC. The president, staff, and faculty work together as a team to help students acheive their academic goals. While working at HCC, I acheived intrinsic as well as extrinsic satisfaction.

Cons

Once you become part of Howard Community College, it is very difficult to leave and work somewhere else because the working environment is very friendly.

good people to work with, clean school, motivated students. good coworkers. supportive environment. I was very pleased working here part-time.

Cons

honestly, I can't think of any downsides to working here other than the fairly low pay. the commute was a bit long.
