A laid back atmosphere that lacks structure

Pros

The atmosphere is very laid back and management, at least in my department, is very good. The people are great and there is no shortage of positive reinforcement.

Cons

Below the VP level there isn't a defined structure and everyone in the department is given a generic job title. There are no annual reviews, so there's really no way to track goals and your performance. Compensation is average at best and training is non-existent.

Great experience. Good base salary. Company pays 100% of insurance premiums.

Cons

Management isn't on the same page. The Howard's are still in control, but out of touch. Unrealistic expectations for both results and work/life balance. Very little/no training.

The money is decent and u get ur hours in the summer

Cons

Bad management at times and lots of weekend work. It's not so much the job it's the people that make it hard at times
